The dedication of our staff, students, families, and community is reflected in the outstanding accomplishments of Paola USD 368. Sunflower Elementary was recognized as a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School, one of the nation's highest honors for academic excellence. Paola High School has achieved a 100% graduation rate for the past three consecutive years, demonstrating our commitment to ensuring every student is prepared for success beyond graduation.

Our district continues to invest in evidence-based instructional practices through the implementation of the Science of Reading, ensuring students build strong literacy skills that support lifelong learning. Students also benefit from a wide range of career pathways, advanced academic opportunities, and the integration of 21st-century skills that prepare them for college, careers, military service, and life.

The strength of our community is evident through its remarkable investment in our students' futures. Each year, more than $300,000 in endowment and community-funded scholarships are awarded to Paola High School graduates. In addition, our students earn numerous academic, fine arts, career and technical education, and athletic honors at the regional, state, and national levels, reflecting the excellence that defines Paola USD 368.
